Our client is extremely passionate about growing their customer base and are seeking a professional, well spoken, enthusiastic and reliable Telemarketer (Appointment Setter) to introduce and promote their office technology solutions. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to generate appointments.
This rewarding role offers competitive hourly rates with a bonus incentive plan.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate or have the following:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with business clients
- Ability to achieve and exceed all targets
- Ability to navigate through CRM systems
- Previous Telemarketing experience preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of ACT would be considered an advantage
