Job Description

* State Government Contract

* Approximately 6 months

* Based in St Leonards

This role is responsible for providing quality executive and administrative support to the Head of Customer and Stakeholder Relations to assist in the effective operations of the team.

Your will primarily be responsible for

* Providing diary management, call and email screening, correspondence and administrative support services to optimize the effectiveness of the manager's schedule

* Delivering a range of administrative and support services including updating and maintaining records and various databases to ensure compliance with administrative systems, processes and policies

* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, in response to enquiries

* Managing communication channels efficiently and effectively and direct inquiries as appropriate

* Assisting in preparing correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements, monitor, and track operational tasks.

* Undertaking routine financial transactions and procurement

* Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.

* Work with the Line Manager to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans.

The Successful Candidate will be able to:

* Provide efficient and effective administrative support within a high volume work area.

* Maintain systems and processes to effectively coordinate the activities of the Manager and other team members while providing high quality customer service to internal and external clients.

* Coordinate information from a variety of sources including dealing appropriately with

sensitive or confidential matters

* Work unsupervised and as part of a team spread across several locations

* Work in an unpredictable environment where no two days are the same

* Be happy working across other campuses if required

* Communicate effectively both in written and verbal form
