In this role you will perform a range of telephone duties for the High Performing Students Unit. The successful receptionist must be comfortable in a high volume/ high pressure environment.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Answer calls, read emails and determine who to forward them on to if the matter is more than a simple enquiry
- Have an excellent customer service focus and have fluent oral and written communication skills
- Become proficient in the Unit's bespoke computer program and be able to guarantee efficient and accurate data entry.
