Allied Health Industry

Our client is a major allied health practice based in Newcastle with a dedicated team available in several locations throughout NSW and about to expand into a second practice in the Newcastle area.

This role involves providing support to the Director of this organisation by screening calls, diary management, coordinating maintenance of facilities, as well as reception, use of in-house software, and coordinating professionals appointments and rooms.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you:

Have previous experience in a support role

Can be kind, generous, responsible and able to demonstrate empathy

Are able to adapt to last minute changes in a sometimes, chaotic work environment.

Are proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Powerpoint
