Established for over 35 years, our client is a leader in their field servicing a strong customer base in residential, commercial and industrial markets from as far south as Canberra and as far north as Queensland.
They are currently seeking an Office Manager to monitor and provide direction to several office staff responding to customer enquiries, solving problems and coordinating over 30 field staff. This role will also be responsible for the accounts payable, receivable, credit control and subsequent reporting to management.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role with supervisory experience
- The ability to lead and motivate a small team
- To be open to change and making positive improvements
- Bookkeeping skills and ideally a working knowledge of Xero
