You will be overseeing, motivating and engaging a small team across sales and marketing, finance, administration, and human resources operations. You will also be utilising your experience and knowledge to have input into establishing policies, procedures and systems to improve productivity and efficiencies in line with business growth.
To ensure your success in this role it is essential that you:
* Are a leader who enjoys a hands on approach
* Have previous experience in a similar role with diverse responsibilities
* Have a sound understanding of accounting
* Have some capabilities across digital marketing
* Strong administration skills
* Work with enthusiasm, energy and a positive approach
* Previous experience in a management role in the hospitality or wine industry would be a distinct advantage
