Junior Administration/ Accounts Assistant - 12 month Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced Administration/ Accounts Assistant for a 12 month contract located in the heart Newcastle CBD.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
- ACertificate in Business Administration or other relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
- Someone who is kind, courteous to their fellow staff members and will look after our customers.
- Someone with great communication skills and can listen to others
- Professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
- A team oriented approach and excellent customer service skills; and
- An ability to be self-sufficient and work hard, autonomously and get the job done.
The ideal candidate must:
- Must have proven experience in an Administration Assistant/ Accounts position previously
- Must be able to demonstrate productive time management skills
- Have the ability to handle the management of mail distribution, email and telephone calls
- Must be available for an immediate start and able to commit to the 12 month contract
