Our client is an NDIS approved provider of 24/7 respite accommodation services for children and adults with acquired brain injuries.
They are currently seeking an experienced strategic HR generalist with to work with senior management on maintaining a positive work culture. Your portfolio will include but not be limited to:
- HR Plan and Strategy
- IR and ER
- Performance Management
- Policy Development
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Training and Development
To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong foundation (minimum 5 years) of experience as an HR Generalist.
