Working in the HR Shared Service Centre of this State Government you will be providing high level advisory and transactional support services related to payroll and leave, technical system and customer support.
This role is to provide administrative support to the HR Shared Service team. The main responsibilities of the role include registering a high volume of incoming transactional work, general administrative duties, basic HR processing and at times, liaising with customers.
You will be required to use current business systems including; Outlook, TRIM, Remedy (online ticketing system), SAP HR. Experience in these systems, or similar is essential.
To be successful in this role you must have experience in and possess skills including; written and oral communication, team work and resilience to manage yourself in a high volume work environment. Candidates with experience in the use of SAP HR or SAP Finance systems will be preferred
