In this role you will be responsible for providing strong customer service support for a high volume of incoming inquiries including telephone, Internet and email inquiries and complaints from staff across NSW in regards to payroll and leave entitlements.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Be able to work as part of a team, as well as work independently and take direction from Team Leader
- Be able to complete timely data entry and effective delivery of customer service
- Ideally have previous experience in a busy call centre environment.
Previous experience in an HR environment could also be advantageous.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent skills in providing resolutions to customers issues in a call centre setting to leverage their skills into a government environment.
