Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for providing strong customer service support for a high volume of incoming inquiries including telephone, Internet and email inquiries and complaints from staff across NSW in regards to payroll and leave entitlements.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be able to work as part of a team, as well as work independently and take direction from your Team Leader
  • Be able to complete timely data entry, administration and effective delivery of customer service
  • Have previous experience in a busy call centre environment.
