This role will work with other admin support officers as well as teachers in a high volume and busy environment. It involves predominantly answering and triaging calls from a diverse range of students, managing the email inbox and answering queries. It will also involve preparing documents, filing and running and manipulating reports as well as other duties as required.
To be successful in this role you will require
- Good organisational skills, initiative and ability to prioritise work with conflicting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient computing skills essential in Outlook, Excel and Word.
- You will be trained in specific systems used in this role including student management and enrollment systems as well as SAP, HR and Finance.
