Job Description

* State Government Contract

* Approx 6 Months

* Parramatta

The Administration Officer role delivers a range of support services and responds to enquiries and routine requests from internal customers, providing accurate information.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

* Customer service - liaising with internal and external customers regarding identification documents

* Data entry and analysis

* Accurate documentation

* Phones, scanning, photocopying

To be successful in this role you will need:

A minimum 2 years administration experience

* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Solid data entry skills and accuracy

* Previous experience in administration in a Government environment would be highly regarded.
