This Working from Home Agreement is an initiative of Whipper Recruitment to assist you in ensuring staff and temps understand the conditions attached to working from home. You can use this as a guide for your organisation.

Working from Home Agreement

With the onset of a new strain of Coronavirus, known as novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), and the increasing number of cases which have been confirmed in NSW (Company Name)  is happy to provide permission for our staff to work from home based on the following:

  • Details of the work to be carried out is outlined clearly and provided to management
  • Details of the address in which the work is to be carried out is provided
  • An approximate timeframe is given in which the work is to be carried out
  • An assessment of your home-based work environment be conducted based on guidelines provided for setting up your work station and a home based WHS checklist completed prior to commencement.
  • (Company Name) will not be responsible for any costs associated with setting up a work from home environment
  • Staff will be responsible for any third parties who visit their home-based worksite or any damage to their own equipment or assets

These are strange times and we are confronted with unprecedented circumstances.  Your safety and ability to work is our priority.
